Processing time +
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. During peak season this may take up to 4 business days. we'll always email you if there's a delay.
Shipping rates and delivery time +
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and box size.
Order tracking +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way to the door.
Shipping to someone else +
Sending it as a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note. we'll leave pricing off the packing slip.
Damaged or lost packages +
If your box arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
